SellerPayoutCalc is a free fee calculator for people who sell on online marketplaces. Enter your listing price, shipping, item cost and region, and the calculator shows your payout, every fee in the chain, your net profit and your break-even price — before you list.

Why it exists

Marketplace fees change, they differ by region, and small pricing mistakes quietly eat margins. Most fee pages online are either outdated, buried under ads, or hidden behind a signup. This site takes a different approach: open the page, enter numbers, get the answer. No accounts, no saved history, no batch tools — one sale, one calculation.

Where the rates come from

Every rate on this site is taken from the platform's own official documentation and is dated on the page. For example, the Depop fee table currently published here was verified against the official Depop Help Centre article "Seller fees and charges" on 6 October 2026. When a platform changes its fees, the calculator is updated and the verification date changes with it.

Who builds it

SellerPayoutCalc is built and maintained by an independent developer. There is no company behind it, no login system, and no reason to ask who you are — the calculator runs entirely in your browser.

What is next

Fee calculators for more marketplaces are planned, one platform per calculator, each held to the same standard: official rates, clearly dated, nothing hidden. If a marketplace matters to you and the calculator is missing, tell me — requests directly shape the roadmap.
